First Log-In
Account Settings (Check A Notification Email On Your ID Issued)
You will receive an email to notify that your ID has been issued. Click「Start MUFG FUNDOOR」in the text.
How To Log-In
Enter the password you set earlier on MUFG FUNDOOR and click “Log-In”.
Enter one-time password that you have received via email you registered.
Edit Account Information
Account Information Settings (How To Access)
Select Account Settings from the company menu.

Fill out the form. (Telephone number / Postal Code / Address)
Edit Company Information
Click “Edit Company Information” of “Company Icon” on the top right of the screen.
1.Edit by clicking “Edit” for the item you wish to revise.
2.Check the information and click “Save” to save.
Usage of Company Information And Precaution When You Fill Out The Form
1.Company Name
The company name will be reflected in documents (notice of convocation, power of attorney, proposal / consent forms, etc.) automatically created by the General Meeting Of Shareholder Function and emails sent to shareholders.
Please include the legal entity status such as “Co.Ltd.” .
2.Name of Representative
The name of representative will be reflected in documents (notice of convocation, power of attorney, proposal / consent forms, etc.) automatically created by the General Meeting Of Shareholder Function and emails sent to shareholders.
3.Address
The address will be reflected in documents (notice of convocation, power of attorney, proposal, consent forms, etc.) automatically created by the General Meeting Of Shareholder Function and emails sent to shareholders.
※Please enter postal code without hyphen “-” .
Shareholder Management Function
Before You Start Shareholder Management
MUFG FUNDOOR’s Shareholder Management is a function that allows you to centrally manage a shareholder list information on stock acquisition rights holders and transaction details. Please check here if you wish to use the Board of Directors Meeting Function.
Shareholder List
It allows you to manage easily and centrally not only basic shareholder information but also classified stock, stock transfer, stock split, stock consolidation, etc.
Registration of shareholders can be easily done by using CSV file or individual input. For more information, please click here.
Registration of Stock Acquisition Rights
Similar to the Shareholder Management Function, basic information on grantees of stock acquisition rights and transaction details can be centrally managed.

Cap Table Function
MUFG FUNDOOR’s Cap Table is different from conventional one created with Excel and allows you to create a cap table that is linked to the Shareholder List Function. For more information, please click here.
Document Management Function (For Reviews)
This function allows you to share and communicate about the created materials with related parties. You can prepare Notice of Convocation of Shareholder Meeting, Board Meeting minutes, Registration Documents etc. while checking with internal senior staff, external lawyers, judicial scrivener etc. For more details, click here.

Click on “Shareholder Management” > “Shareholder List” from global menu at the top of the page.
